MCC ("Fighting for the Truth, Exposing the
corrupt") has scored again in the strange case of Air Force Colonel Phillip Shue
and his now wealthy widow, Lt. Colonel Tracy Shue (USAF, Ret.) The nouveau
millionairess, after relentless pressure from militarycorruption.com, has
finally paid back the $12,000 (for alleged legal fees) she extracted from her
late husband's elderly parents who live on a modest income. In 2003 the body of
Colonel Shue was found in a car on a Texas highway. For local police and the
Air Force the case remains closed and ruled a "suicide," despite the undeniable
signs of torture and mutilation. (Colonel Shue's Rich Widow). MCC applauds the
Widow Shue's decision, finally, "to fork over the $12,000" to the Colonel's old
parents, despite her doing it gracelessly---no note, no apology, and no
two-years' interest. In The Other "Shue" Finally Drops, MCC reveals more of the
latest in this bizarre case, including the Widow Shue's exceptional skills at
money management and capital accumulation, and the pleas by Colonel Shue's
parents for the video tape she promised them, the one of their son's memorial service at
Arlington National Cemetery.
Given the heady monniker worthy of a Superman comic (Fighting for truth, exposing the corrupt) mere publication of Col Shue's death raises suspicion surrounding the instrumentality of death.
The county coroner and military investigators are satisfied based on inconsistant physcological behaviour of the decedent in the weeks prior to his death sufficent to reach the conclusion that the mutalation of Shue's body was self-inflicted. Military forensic experts see no reason to ovetrturn that finding. Their conclusion based on the totality of the evidence is that Col Shue took his own life.
The burden shifts to those challenging the conclusion of the inquest to provide more than a recitation of the observed wounds and speculation as to their origin.
To sully the repuatation of the widow serves no unguent purpose other than to suggest that she may be indirectly involved in her husbands demise.
Furthermore there has been no showing that the alleged repayment of USD$12k to the parents was in anyway the result of publication of the story on MCC; yet somehow "MCC has scored again" after applying "relentless pressure" on Mrs Shue.
This sort of reporting invades the privacy of a grieving widow and goes beyond the norms of decency.
Shame on you!

Comrade Professor Eduardos:
Are you guzzling too much of the Chilean wine? Bad vintage? Or are you and your protege from Canada's Prog Country just getting your lines mixed up? Previously one or both of you were claiming that the widow is "poor" and not "rich" as 1.5 million could not have been paid her, due to the insurance "suicide clause." Now it's clear that you were doing what you usually do---spout nonsense. What escape do you try? You make fools of yourselves by continuing your "suicide thesis"--- while coveniently ignoring the fact that is staring at you: The "poor" widow did indeed receive the 1.5 million, which you told us she couldn't get due to the famous "suicide clause." Is this the kind of "critical thinking" you teach Wedeen? Is that his excuse?
ps. To shame somebody, you first need to have some shame.

Perhaps Gringoman could point out Just where I said the widow did not receive the insurance settlement? ( I think Phillip contends that she did not, however I have seen The San Antonio paper which reports that a settlement had been reached)
No, my contention is that MCC has no additional evidence beyond that which was presented and evaluated at the offical inquest by local and military authorities. That evidence coupled with a twenty page physchological evaluation of Col Shue's erratic behaviour in the weeks leading up to his death led forensic specialists to conclude that Col Shue death was a suicide.
What forensic evidence does Gringoman posess that was not availible at the local or military inquiry?
Wiccans?

Professor Comrade Eduardos,
You ask about "forensic evidence." Colonel Shue's body was found mutilated, cult style. It's surprising that someone with a tendency to describe U.S. police and military as "fascists" is now so quick to accept the ruling that a "suicide" first surgically removed his nipples and part of a finger.Surprising? It's downright puzzling. Do we detect a political earth shift? You know, as in left looney shifting to right looney? (You're still a proper anti-imperialist, are you not?) Or maybe as an expert you can cite other cases in which the "suicide" first performed surgery on himself, despite no evidence that he even knew how to do this, or showed any inclination to do it, or ever practiced with the scalpel, assuming it was even physically possible for him to operate on himself like this. Or do you still prefer your law book to probablity, possibility, plausibility and common sense?
You also want me to point out where you said the widow did not receive the insurance settlement....Again, Professor, let's take this nice and slowly. Read the following.................
Previously one or both of you were claiming that the widow is "poor" and not "rich" as 1.5 million could not have been paid her, due to the insurance "suicide clause."...............
Professor Eduardos, must I ask yet again whether English is your mother tongue? Or do you understand what "one or both of you" means? If it's still unclear, please let me know, and I'll try to help.
